The Hub is taking shape, and now it’s time for some very special guests to help bring it to life—our First Tee kids and families!
Join us for an exclusive afternoon of exploration, play, creativity, and discovery as we open the gates to The Community Hub for a special family experience.
This isn’t your typical tour! It’s an opportunity to walk the future fairways, discover new spaces, enjoy interactive activities, and literally leave your mark on The Hub!
Your Hub Adventure Awaits!
Grab your Hub Explorer Card when you arrive and set off on a family adventure! Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to:
- EXPLORE the future Par 3 golf course and imagine the rounds you’ll play.
- PLAY a fun game of Golf Baseball on our PE Field.
- CREATE something special by picking up a paintbrush and helping transform our storage building into a colorful part of The Hub!
- DISCOVER the exciting spaces and activities coming to The Hub.
- DREAM about all the possibilities waiting for you in 2027 and beyond!
Leave Your Mark on The Hub!
Here’s something extra special: Our First Tee kids will help paint the storage building at The Hub!
Working alongside a local artist, participants will help bring the First Tee logo to life while adding their own creative touches to the building. It’s a chance to contribute something personal to a place that will welcome First Tee kids and families for years to come.
Imagine returning to The Hub next year, pointing to the building, and proudly saying, “I helped paint that!”
Event Details
When: Sunday, November 8 | 2:00–4:00 PM
Where: The Community Hub | 235 Read Rd, Cameron, NC 28387
Who: First Tee – Sandhills participants, present and past, and their families!
What to Wear: This is a hands-on adventure! Please dress your children in comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes that can get dirty or have a little paint splashed on them.
RSVP Requested: Please register your family in advance so we can prepare for your visit.
Activities are subject to weather and property conditions. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
