Before completing this form please note the following tee box details: Men age 60 & younger will play the White Tees (6,311 yds), Men age 61 - 70 will play the Green Tees (5,803 yds), Men age 71 & older will play the Red Tees (5,153 yds); all Women will play the Red Tees (5,153 yds). Men age 55 & older may opt to move up a tee box but must notify us before the event. This information allows us to be prepared for a great experience!
